The cream upholstered panel does not sit flat — it waves, dipping and rising across the width of the bed, and a slim black wrought-iron scroll traces that line all the way round. The ironwork acts as an outline more than a frame, so the curve stays legible from across the room instead of dissolving into the bedding.
The pairing is what makes it: soft pale upholstery for comfort, hard black metal for definition. Traditional in its craft, graphic in its effect.
