Are products made to order?

Most Belmont & Kensing furniture and décor pieces are made to order. Any item available for immediate dispatch is identified on its product page.

How long does delivery take?

Made-to-order pieces are normally delivered across Egypt within 5–14 days. Pieces with a different production time show that information on their product page.

Do you deliver across Egypt?

Yes. Delivery availability and any additional charges may depend on the destination and the size of the order.

How is my order confirmed?

Our team may contact you to confirm the piece, your delivery details and any customisation requirements before production begins.

Can I request another colour, material or finish?

Customisation may be available on selected pieces. Use the enquiry button on the product page, or message us on WhatsApp, to ask about the options for a particular piece.

Are dimensions customisable?

Selected made-to-order pieces may support adjustments to their dimensions. Custom requests must be approved before production begins.

Can made-to-order products be returned?

Returns and cancellations for made-to-order or customised pieces are subject to our published policy. Please read Returns & Exchanges, or contact us, before arranging a return.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the issue so our team can review it. Full details are set out in Returns & Exchanges.

Is assembly included?

Assembly requirements depend on the piece, and are noted on the product page where they apply. If you are unsure about a particular item, message us before ordering.

How can I check whether furniture will fit?

Compare the dimensions shown on the product page with your doorways, lift, staircase and the room the piece is intended for before placing your order. If you would like help, send us the measurements and we will advise.
