Ready-to-ship items typically arrive within 7–21 business days, with larger or fragile pieces coordinated directly with you.
Are pieces available immediately?
Most of our collection is ready to ship. If a piece is made to order or temporarily unavailable, we'll tell you the timeframe before you commit.
Can I request more product photos?
Absolutely. Message us via the contact page or WhatsApp and we'll happily share additional photos or details of any piece.
Can I customise a piece?
Some pieces can be customised. Reach out with what you have in mind and we'll let you know what's possible.
What payment methods are available?
We offer secure checkout with the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery where available.
How do I care for the products?
Care depends on the material — most pieces simply need a soft, dry cloth and protection from prolonged direct sun and moisture. Specific care notes are included on each product page.
