Our promise

Every Belmont & Kensing piece is inspected before it leaves us. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your piece arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or resolution at no extra cost to you.

Returns & exchanges

Unused pieces in their original condition and packaging may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged and include all original materials. Return delivery costs may apply unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

For practicality, custom or made-to-order pieces and clearance items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
