Returns & exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused
  • The product has not been damaged after delivery
  • The product is returned in its original condition
  • All original parts, accessories and packaging are included where applicable
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Products made to special specification

Only products manufactured to special specifications specifically selected by a customer — for example customer-selected dimensions, a special colour not offered on the website, a customer-selected material or finish, or a unique modification — may be excluded from change-of-mind returns, where legally permitted.

Belmont & Kensing does not currently offer these options through the standard website catalogue. Every piece in our catalogue is made to order, but this is a production method, not a custom specification, and it does not by itself remove your right to a return.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs or video
  • A description of the issue

Defective, damaged or incorrect products may be eligible for return, exchange or refund in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer-protection requirements. Nothing in this policy limits or removes your statutory rights.
