Four amber glass blocks set into an woof frame — a lamp shaped like a window.
It is a flat square panel rather than a lamp in the usual sense: a solid wood surround holding a two-by-two grid of thick, textured glass blocks. Lit from within, each block glows separately and the grain of the glass throws a soft honeyed pattern outwards, closer to light through a window than light from a bulb.
Stand it on a side table, a console, or straight on the floor leaning against a wall — it works at any of those heights. It gives more atmosphere than task light, so it earns its place in a corner, behind a sofa, or beside a bed as the last light left on.
